You will have an apartment at your disposal with a total area of 95M2 on one floor.

The entrance to the apartment is on the left side of the building (Dorfstraße 42) On the right side of the building (Mahlerstraße) you will find 2 parking spots underneath a carport and a locker for your ski’s. At this side of the building is also an entrance.

With the elevator you’ll reach the second floor en straight across the hall you will see the entrance door to the apartment. Beside the door 2 benches with storage room for your shoes. In the long corridor you will find on your right side one 2-persons bedroom, a bathroom and another 2 persons bedroom. On the left side are a 4-persons bedroom, the toilet and an utility room located. When you walk straight trough you enter the living room.

The living and dining area is 35M2 and is suited with an authentic fire place (wood storage at the balcony), television, DVD player and Wi-Fi. The kitchen is equipped with kitchen apparatus from Bosch including an induction cooker, exhaust, electric-oven, a microwave-oven, filter coffee machine, toaster and Nespresso coffee machine. Please use only 100% aluminum cups for the Nespresso. The machine immediately leaks water when using other cups

The balcony on the front of the apartment can be reached through the living room and kitchen.

The bedrooms are equipped with hotel-like double-beds with single cotton covers, wardrobe and, a television. The bedrooms all have direct access to the balconies. The two bedrooms on the right side of the apartment share the bathroom located between the rooms.

The bedroom for 4 persons is equipped with a double bed, a bunk bed, single cotton covers, wardrobes, television and alarm. This bedroom includes an ensuite bathroom and balcony.

All bathrooms equipped with a rainshower, sink, toilet with soft-close lid, Blue-tooth speaker lighting and hairdryer.

In the hall you will find a wardrobe beside the utility room. Inside the utility room you will find a washing machine, tumble dryer, vacuum cleaner, flatiron, ironing board and enough space for your belongings.

In the basement, with you can reach by elevator or stairs(follow the signs WC’s from the Café, after the WC’s you will see the door to the storage room), you will find the storage room “Skiraum” equipped with two benches for your shoes, space for your skiing shoes, helmets and a ski shoe dryer.
